The content on this site has been created to guide you through the process of communicating with the customers, parents, teachers, students, staff and community members in your immediate locale.

To get started with the Social Media Schools Master Course, simply select an area of interest from the tabs at the top of this page (i.e. Facebook, Twitter or the Members Forum) and follow the suggested actions. By working on one area at a time, you’ll quickly be increasing your skill and knowledge in that particular area.

You are welcome to work though the material in this course at your own speed. Just start at the top of either the Facebook or Twitter page and work your way down – one article at a time. If you want to hurry on through the course material so as to get your business/school up to speed that much quicker, you are more than welcome to do so. However, if you are busy and have a lot on your plate, it’s fine if you choose to take things slowly and digest the material at your own pace.
